I am a nutrition student and certified fitness instructor with nine years of business consulting experience. Upon graduation and once Board Certified, I intend to launch my nutrition consulting business.
Through this blog, I aim to explain the “why” behind nutrition trends and health claims while also sharing my favorite healthy lifestyle tips and principles. Everyone has different preferences and goals. I get it, and I’m not here to convince you to subscribe to any one approach or label. I simply aim to present information in a digestible and accessible manner so that you can make educated decisions about the foods you eat and the way you move.
